ENERGY FROM THE GROUND UP

Our latest collaboration with TBWA\UNITED for Adidas resulted in this playful and energetic piece; a combination of CG elements, stock material, and footage we shot in Cape Town, South Africa, with the Phantom Flex 4K camera. We were asked to create a visual representation Adidas’ own BOOST material, which lead us to create a variety of visual metaphors that we incorporated into a fast-paced edit.

    Production Details

    We created a seamless transition from live action footage to 3D, starting at the moment the Adidas shoe touches the ground. The camera then does a 270 degrees rotation around the shoe to highlight its specific features. By using cg, we had full control of the speed and position of the camera.
