High-end technology meets extreme sports action

High-end technology meets extreme sports action in this exciting new commercial for Samsung’s new Fastframe technology. This new BMX training bike is TeamNL’s secret weapon for the Tokyo Summer Olympics, allowing Dutch BMX athletes and coaches to track key metrics such as reaction time, bike lift, and pedal power. With the help of this new technology and endless hours of practice, Dutch athlete Niek Kimmann blasted out the gate during his final race and never looked back, leaving Tokyo with the gold medal around his neck!

Amsterdam-based production company Chiel asked us to create a 3D tech overview of the bike’s main features, to be included in a 30 and 60 seconds spot featuring athletes Judy Baauw and Niek Kimmann. We first created a 3D animation of the bike, on top of which we designed some tech-driven infographic elements that were in line with the mobile-based interface which connects the Fastframe technology.
